Principlev1
Accept that observing your thoughts necessarily changes them
Accept that observing your thoughts necessarily changes them rather than attempting neutral observation, and use that transformation as the primary intervention mechanism.
Why This Is a Principle
This is a meta-principle that derives from the entire observation-changes-thought framework. It prescribes abandoning the goal of neutral observation in favor of deliberately using observation as intervention. Grounds to Two-Level Metacognitive Architecture (metacognition has object/meta levels) and Thoughts and behaviors can be separated from core identity (thoughts separable from identity).
