Principlev1
Assign each distinct idea a permanent, unchanging identifier
Assign each distinct idea a permanent, unchanging identifier before writing content to enable unambiguous reference across time and contexts.
Why This Is a Principle
Derives from Linguistic Structuring of Thought (language structures thought boundaries) and No Direct Access to Reality (knowledge is mediated through abstraction). The principle prescribes creating stable addresses for ideas to enable referencing and linking. This follows from how naming and abstraction work in cognition.
