Why This Is a Principle
Derives from system structure determining outcomes (The behavior of a system arises from its structure…) and systems being perfectly designed for their results (Every system is perfectly designed to get the results…). The principle prescribes selective rejection based on constraint-relevance. This is decision criteria derived from systems theory.
