Principlev1
Document agent specifications externally rather than holding
Document agent specifications externally rather than holding them in memory, as undocumented agents cannot be inspected, debugged, or systematically improved.
Why This Is a Principle
Grounds to externalization as generative (Generative Externalization) and tacit knowledge degradation (Knowledge that exists only in tacit form degrades without). The principle prescribes infrastructure: write down agent specs. It's actionable (document triggers/conditions/actions), general (applies to all agents), and is repeatedly emphasized across L-0411 and the entire Phase 21 arc as foundational to maintainability.
