Environmental-immunity-illusion anti-pattern
believing you are immune to environmental effects on behavior, which prevents you from designing environments that support desired outcomes because you attribute all behavior to personal will rather than structural influence
Why This Is an Anti-Pattern
Inverts environment-communicates-continuously (Environment-communicates-continuously pattern). Violates Implementation intentions (if-then plans) significantly… (environmental triggers). Recurs in addiction recovery, diet failure, workspace neglect.
