Evaluate decision quality independently from outcome quality

Evaluate decision quality independently from outcome quality by comparing process against recorded pre-decision reasoning.

Why This Is a Principle

Derives from hindsight bias (Hindsight Bias and Calibration Necessity) and memory being reconstructive (Memory is reconstructive, not reproductive—humans rebuild…). The principle prescribes separation of process evaluation from outcome evaluation, which requires contemporaneous documentation to prevent memory distortion.
