Why This Is a Principle
Derived from Habit automaticity develops along a logarithmic curve — (automaticity curve has steep early progress then plateau), Expertise Through Deliberate Practice (expertise requires building mental representations), and Expert performance in complex domains requires deliberate (deliberate practice is required).
