Principlev1
Record five components for each validation: the schema
Record five components for each validation: the schema before testing, the test performed, what you predicted, what actually happened, and what it means for the schema.
Why This Is a Principle
Derives from Hindsight Bias and Calibration Necessity (hindsight bias), Externalization Exposes Hidden Structure (externalization exposes gaps), and Knowledge that exists only in tacit form degrades without (tacit knowledge degrades without detection). The principle prescribes documentation structure. Specific enough to be actionable, general enough to apply across validation contexts.
