Principlev1
Record your mental and physical state alongside predictions
Record your mental and physical state alongside predictions to detect correlations between physiological/emotional states and systematic prediction errors.
Why This Is a Principle
This principle integrates the physiological calibration lessons (L-0145-148) into the prediction log practice. It derives from Emotion as Systematic Cognitive Modulator (emotions distort judgment), Glucose-Cognition Dependency Threshold (glucose affects cognition), Directed Attention as Depletable Resource (ego depletion), and Ultradian and Circadian Cognitive Rhythms (ultradian/circadian rhythms). By tracking state alongside predictions, you can detect when your calibration degrades under specific conditions.
