Why This Is a Principle
Derives from memory under stress being unreliable (Human memory under stress and cognitive load is unreliable…) and event-based memory being more reliable than time-based (Event-based prospective memory is easier and more reliable…). Pre-scheduling creates an event-based trigger rather than relying on memory or motivation in the moment.
