Principlev1
When a 'why' produces multiple answers, follow each causal
When a 'why' produces multiple answers, follow each causal branch separately to reveal the full structure of multi-causal problems.
Why This Is a Principle
This principle derives from Patterns Exist in Hierarchical Logical Levels (hierarchical patterns) and The human mind is not adapted to interpreting how multi-loop (nonlinear systems). It prescribes what to do when causal analysis reveals branching: trace all branches, not just the most obvious one. It addresses the limitation of linear Five Whys analysis.
