Principlev1
Direct comfort inward toward those suffering more severely
Direct comfort inward toward those suffering more severely than you and direct complaints outward toward those suffering less, to prevent using your suffering hierarchy as a weapon against others.
Why This Is a Principle
Derives from Compassion (warmth toward someone suffering) and empathic (compassion vs empathic distress as distinct) and Vulnerability — defined as emotional exposure, uncertainty, (vulnerability as connection precondition). The 'Ring Theory' cited in the lesson provides a structural rule for directing emotional energy. This prevents the weaponization of perspective by prescribing directional flow of support, grounded in the axiom that compassion requires recognition without absorption of suffering.
