Why This Is an Axiom
This is a foundational claim about how the brain physically stores habitual behavior. It is grounded in neuroscience (Bouton's extinction research, Graybiel's basal ganglia work) and cannot be derived from other axioms in the curriculum. It is the irreducible basis for why habit replacement works and habit deletion does not.
